葛兰心宁软胶囊对NSTE-ACS患者介入治疗的影响

摘　　要：目的观察葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗对行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的NSTE-ACS患者疗效的影响。方法选择NSTE-ACS并行PCI治疗的患者94例,随机分为常规治疗组(41例)和葛兰心宁组(53例);葛兰心宁为术前3天在常规治疗基础上加用葛兰心宁软胶囊4粒(每粒0.58g),每日3次;测定术前、术后hs-CRP、血浆纤维蛋白原、SOD、eNOS的变化。结果 PCI术后1d,两组hs-CRP、血浆纤维蛋白原较术前增高(P<0.05);SOD、eNOS水平较术前降低(P<0.05)。常规治疗组较葛兰心宁组hs-CRP、血浆纤维蛋白原增高更显著(P<0.05),SOD、eNOS水平降低更显著(P<0.05)。术后7d,两组hs-CRP、血浆纤维蛋白原均低于术前(P<0.05);eNOS、SOD均高于术前(P<0.05),葛兰心宁组较常规治疗组变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论葛兰心宁软胶囊能显著提高行PCI术治疗的NSTE-ACS患者的疗效,其机制可能为抑制炎症反应、改善内皮功能和减轻氧化应激。Objective To investigate the effect of Gelanxinning in NSTE-ACS patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methotis Ninety-four patients with NSTE-ACS who underwent PCI were enrolled. The patients were randomly assigned to a control group （ n = 41） which took routine treatment or a Gelanxinning group（ n = 53）which took Gelanxinning at the base of routine treatment, hs-CRP, fihrinogen,SOD and eNOS were measured before and after PCI. Results Hs - CRP and fihrinogen in two groups first day after PCI were significantly higher than those before the PCI（ P d0.05）. SOD and eNOS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before PCI（ P〈0. 05）. Hs-CRP and fi- brinogen in two groups 7 day after PCI were significantly lower than those before PCI and 1 day after PCI（ P〈0. 05）. SOD and eNOS in the two groups were significantly higher than those before PCI and l day after PCI （ P 〈0. 05）. All indexes mentioned above in the Gelanxinning group showed greater changes than those of the control group （ P〈0. 05）. Concision Gelanxinning have obvious beneficial effect on anti-inflammation, endothelial function and alter oxidative stress in NSTE-ACS patients undergoing PCI.
