枳实消痞丸合药穴指针疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫40例  

40 Patients with Diabetic Gastroparesis Treated by Zhishi Xiaopi Pill and Acupoint Drug-finger Pressing

摘　　要：目的观察枳实消痞丸内服合药穴指针疗法内外合治糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法 78例患者随机分为治疗组40例,采用枳实消痞丸内服合药穴指针疗法内外并调;对照组38例,枸橼酸莫沙比利内服,疗程结束后观察和评价两组临床疗效、胃排空率变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),餐后3h、5h胃排空率提高,均较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01),和对照组相比亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论提高胃排空率,可能是枳实消痞丸合药穴指针疗法的综合疗法达到治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫良好疗效的部分机制。Objeetive To observe the clinieal efficacy of patients with Diabetic Gastroparesis treated by Zhishi Xiaopi pill and Acupoim Drudg - finger Pressing. Mellaods 78 patients with Diabetic Gastroparesis were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group has 40 eases treated with Zhishi Xiaopi pill and Acupoint Drug - finger Pressing, the control group has 38 eases treated with Mosapride Citrate Tablets. the clinical efficacy and gastric emptying rate was observed and evaluated after trealrnent. Results After treatment the efficacy was superior to the control group（ P d0. 05）. the 3h and 5h gastric ea^ptying rate of the treatment group was superbly different with the pre- treatment（ P 〈0. 05）, 3h and 5h gastric emptying rate of the treatment group was superbly different with the control group after treatment（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusions The Mechanism which Zhishi Xiaopi pill and Acupoint Drug- finger Pressing has got more evident effect on patients with Diabetic Gastropareais, and can improve gastricemptying.
