杭州市男大学生艾滋病知识知晓现状与健康教育需求调查

摘　　要：目的调查杭州市男大学生艾滋病知识知晓现状和健康教育需求,为深入进行大学生艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,以年级为分层要素进行随机抽样方法对4100名男大学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果男大学生对多数艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高,大部分题目的答对率在80%以上,但对部分知识知晓率偏低,如仅42.7%的人知道蚊虫叮咬不会传染艾滋病。男大学生较易接受的教育方式依次是通过专题讲座(34.8%)、网络(34.4%)、纸质宣传材料(30.8%)等。47.1%的男大学生认为学校艾滋病健康教育最为不足的是过于理论化,不够实际。结论男大学生对大部分艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高,但部分艾滋病相关知识知晓率仍较低。学校需加强艾滋病健康教育力度,并紧密联系男大学生的实际情况,将理论与实践相结合,增强大学生预防艾滋病的技能。Objective To understand male college students＇ knowledge of AIDS and their needs for health education of AIDS and to develop theoretical knowledge for health education of AIDS. Method A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 4110 male college students with random sampling in accordance with grade hierarchy. Findings The male college students＇ awareness rate of AIDS knowledge wasn＇t low. For most of the questions, the correct rate was above 80%. But some knowledge awareness was low, as only 42.7% of people knew that mosquito bites couldn＇t transmit HIV. They mostly accepted AIDS related promotional materials （37.7%） and AIDS related lectures （21.5%） which school provided in recent one year. The male college students were likely to learn AIDS knowledge from special lectures （34.8%） , the Internet（ 34.4% ） or promotional materials（ 30.8% ）. The biggest deficiency of AIDS health education in school is that it is too theoretical, which 47.1% of male college students thought so. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was relatively high among male college students, but some AID-related knowledge awareness was still low. They accepted AIDS knowledge mostly through lectures and AIDS materials, which can be properly accepted. Correct understanding of male college students＇ needs and knowledge of AIDS such as AIDS prevention skills can help schools do a better job in promoting AIDS health education.
