摘 要:随着高校学生总体体质健康水平仍显不足,学生体能训练被越来越多的有关人士和体育工作者所关注,然而现有训练方式多以四肢为主要训练部位进行规划,对身体核心区却鲜有系统计划,导致学生在身体平衡、重心控制以及预防伤害能力上缺乏主动支撑能力,因而高校公共体育课程引入核心稳定性训练显得十分迫切且具多种现实价值。With the overall physical health level of college students is still insufficient, the student physical training and sports workers are concerned more and more attention, but the existing training mode in the limbs as the main training site planning, the core area of the body rarely system plan, causes the student in the body balance, weight control and injury prevention ability lack of initiative the ability to support, so the university public sports courses into the core stability training is very urgent and realistic value.
