能量型多普勒组织成像技术定量分析心肌梗死面积的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究多普勒组织成像 (DTI)技术能量型 (energymode)在定量分析心肌梗死面积方面的应用价值。方法　建立犬急性心肌梗死模型 ,采用AcusonSequoiaC 2 5 6彩色多普勒组织成像能量型显示方式 ,经主动脉根部注入 5 %人血白蛋白声振造影剂 ,观察冠脉前降支结扎前后心肌显影情况 ,并与病理组织切片对比。结果　能量型显示造影剂缺损面积与组织切片心肌梗死面积有高度相关 (r =0 .78,P <0 .0 1) ,但测值差异有显著性意义 ;两种方法所测心室短轴总面积及坏死面积与总面积之比差异无显著性意义 ,但呈高度相关性 (分别为r =0 .87,P <0 .0 0 2和r =0 .79,P <0 .0 1)。Objective To evaluate the value of energy mode of Doppler tissue imaging(DTI) on quantitative assessment of myocardial infarction area. Methods Five canine models with acute myocardial infarction were studied by Acuson Sequoia C 256 color Doppler system with energy mode. After intra aortic injection of 5% human serum albumin microspheres, the myocardial contrast images were obtained before and after occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery.The comparison between the energy mode imaging and TTC stain of tissue sections was performed.Results The ischemic areas measured by energy mode were different from that of histochemic staining significantly (P< 0.05 ) and were well correlated(r= 0.79 ,P< 0.01 ).Conclusion Energy mode of DTI would be a reliable technique for quantitative measurement of myocardial infarction area.
