摘　　要：文章结合贵州"十二五"规划期间的工业化进程,从化学化工专业人才培养目标、培养方案和课程体系、人才培养模式和教学改革以及实验课程和实践教学内容新体系的构建等方面探讨了地方高校化学化工专业应用型人才培养的新思路。The new ideas of training local college＇s chemical professional applied talents were discussed combined Guizhou ＂Twelve Five Year Plan＂ period of the industrialization process. The discuss were mainly around the chemical professionals training objectives, training programs and curriculum, training model and teaching reform, experimental curriculum and construction of new practice teaching system.
