摘 要:通过瓶试法测试了沥青稳定剂对海上模拟原油产液破乳效果的影响规律。结果表明,单独应用时,多种沥青稳定剂无论对高含沥青原油还是对几乎不含沥青的原油都没有明显破乳作用;但当其与破乳剂联合使用时,沥青稳定剂AS-1可明显提高高含沥青原油乳液的脱水效果,这表明对于高含沥青原油,破乳剂和沥青稳定剂AS-1之间有一定的协同作用;随着沥青稳定剂AS-1加量的增高,其协同破乳剂脱水的效果也逐渐增高,但当加量增加到一定程度后,其协助破乳的效果便不再提高;另外,乳状液的含水量对破乳剂与沥青稳定剂AS-1之间的协同作用的发挥有着重要影响,低含水时有利于AS-1作用的发挥。The effect of asphaltene stabilizer on demulsification of asphaltene-stabilized emulsions was studied.h was found that the asphahene stabilizer AS-1 showed no distinct demulsification effect on both asphaltic base crude and non-asphaltene crude when used without demulsifier,but when used together with demulsifier AE8031,synergy giving improved demulsification was observed.With the increase of AS-1,the synergy between demulsifier and AS-1 became larger,but got level when its dosage reached to 12.5 mg/L.Additionally,the water content in the emulsion used had significant effect on the synergy between demulsifier and AS-1,lower water content was good for the synergy to take effect.
