土鳖虫对红细胞变形性和膜成分的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究土鳖虫粉对大鼠红细胞变形性和红细胞膜成分的影响。方法 :给大鼠灌胃土鳖虫粉1次 /d ,15d ,测定大鼠红细胞压积 ,红细胞变形性 ,红细胞膜的MDA、胆固醇含量和膜胆固醇 /磷脂比值。结果 :土鳖虫可降低高脂大鼠红细胞压积 ,增强红细胞变形能力并降低红细胞膜MDA、胆固醇含量和膜胆固醇 /磷脂比值。结论 :土鳖虫增强红细胞变形能力 ,这可能与其降低红细胞膜MDA、胆固醇含量和胆固醇 /磷脂有关。Purpose:The aim is to study the effects of Eupoly ph aga sinesis Walker (ESW) on red blood cell deformability and RBC membrane ingre dient in rats.Methods:ESW powder was ig administered to rats once a day for 15 days, and then deformability and content of MDA,cholesterol and the r atio of cholesterol/phospholipid were determinated.Results:It was found t hat ESW could in crease RBC deformability and reduce the contents of MDA,cholesterol and the rati o of cholesterol/phospholipid in rats RBC membrane.Conclusion:ESW cou ld increase RBC deformability, and this might be related to decreasing content o f MDA,cholesterol and the ratio of cholesterol/phospholipid in RBC membrane.
