摘 要:冶金行业中W型辐射管由于不均匀温度场的作用,最下端直管变形明显,其他直管变形次之,从而导致连接两直管的弯头应力增大.为此提出增加铰链连杆的想法,以此解决弯头应力过大问题.基于此,总结出三种用ANSYS以及Workbench模拟铰链力学行为的方法,详细介绍了三种方法的选项设置和操作要点,展示实施方法.并结合算例的计算结果对三种方法进行了综合比较,得出三种方法的优缺点以及适用范围.为解决用数值法模拟铰链力学行为问题提供了参考.Due to the effect of non-uniform temperature field, the bottom straight pipe deformation of W radiant tube in metallurgical in- dustry is obvious, while the deformation of other straight pipes is less than that of the bottom pipe. This Leads to the increase of the bend stress connecting the two straight pipes. Based on this , the idea of increasing the hinge connecting rod was put forward to solve the problem of bend stress. Three methods of simulating the joins (hinge) were summed up. The option settings and operation points of the three methods were described in detail ,showing the implementation of the methods . Their advantages, disadvantages and scope of application were compared by using the calculation results of a numerical example . These analytical methods provide certain referential value on similar problems.
