摘　　要：目的 :对硫酸软骨素部颁标准的含量测定方法进行优化 ,找出最佳操作条件。方法 :根据析因实验设计方法 ,按两因素两水平做对比实验。结果 :是否同时乙酰化及是否同时显色对测定结果有显著影响 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :测定时按乙酰化同时计时而显色随加随计时操作所得结果精密度高 ,重现性好。Purpose:The aim is to optimize the operation procedur e of chondroitin sulfate content determination.Methods:Based on the factorial experiment design method,the effects of two factors at two levels on t he determination results of chondroitin sulfate were studied.The two factors wer e acetylati on and color reaction.The two levels were recording the time of the reactions on e by one after reagents were added to each tube and recording once for all t he tubes.Results:The two factors at different levels could significa ntly influence the determination results of chondroitin sulfate.Conclusion :The optimal operation procedure is that all the tubes are acetylated simu ltaneously and color reaction is done separately,which can give higher precision and better reappearance.
