摘　　要：目的 :建立转移因子 (TF)等免疫增强制剂体外生物活性简便、快速的检测方法。方法 :利用溴化四唑蓝法测定TF等促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖活性。结果 :TF、胸腺因子、胎盘因子三者均能明显地促进淋巴细胞增殖 ,平均增殖率为 6 3 .5 1%、77.6 5 %、86 .6 1%。结论 :此法稳定可靠 ,易于掌握、普及。Purpose:The aim is to establish a simple method to detect the bi ological activities of transfer factor (TF) and other immunopotentiators in vi tro. Methods:The activities of TF,etc. to stimulate murine splenic lymphocyte proliferation were tested with MTT method.Resultes:TF,thy mic factor and placental factor all could significantly promote iymphocyte proli feration. The mean proliferation rates were 63.51%,77.65% and 86.61% respective ly.Conclusion:This method is stable, reliable ,easy to control an d could be used widely.
