摘 要:针对某原矿钼品位0.12%,主要金属矿物为辉钼矿,并含少量黄铁矿和黄铜矿的矿石性质,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占69%时,采用一粗二扫四精浮选流程,用煤油作捕收剂,钼精选用水玻璃与硫化钠组合作抑制剂,抑制非金属脉石及黄铜矿和黄铁矿,获得钼精矿品位为50.12%、钼回收率为95.75%的钼精矿,钼精矿中铜含量可降至0.025%.Certain molybdenum ore with an original grade of 0. 12% consists of large amount of metal mineral molybdenite and a little of pyrite and chalcopyrit. A closed circuit flotation flowsheet of single-stage roughing, two-stage scavenging and four-stage cleaning was utilized when the grinding fineness of -0. 074mm accounted for 69%. During the process kerosene was used as collector, and sodium silicate and sodium sulfide as composite inhibitors, which inhibited non metal the gangue and chalcopyrite and pyrite, thus the grade of molybdenum concentrate 50. 12% and the recovery of molybdenum 95.75% were obtained, and also copper content of molybdenum concentrate can be reduced to 0, 025%.
