摘 要:针对原矿钼矿物主要为辉钼矿、钼品位0.18%的矿石性质,采用优先浮钼工艺,并采用对钼捕收力强、选择性好的PM作钼矿捕收剂,采用碳酸钠作钼精选的调整剂,最终获得钼精矿品位51.22%、钼回收率92.88%的指标.Certain molybdenum ore mainly consists of molybdenite with the grade of Mo being 0. 18%. A principle flowsheet of Mo preferential floatation was used and PM was selected as collector owing to its excellent selectivity and collecting effect on molybdenum. Sodium carbonate was adopted as regulator in cleaning. Good separation indexes such as the molybdenum concentrate grade of 51.22% and the recovery rate of Mo being 92.88% have been obtained.
