间苯三酚分光光度法测定硫酸软骨素的研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立一种快速准确的硫酸软骨素测定方法。方法 :利用含有间苯三酚的无机酸与样品中硫酸软骨素反应生成有色产物进行分光光度分析。结果 :10 0℃反应 30min在波长 5 5 8nm处测定硫酸软骨素 ,在 0 .10～ 1.0mg/ml范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9993) ,具有较好重现性。 结论 :此法操作简便、结果准确。Purpose:The aim is to establish a rapid and precise method for the determination of chondroitin sul fate.Methods:The samples of chondroitin sulfate were determined by s pectrophotometry,based on the reaction of chondroitin sulfate with a mineral aci d-containing phlorglucinol solution.Results:Absorbance value at 558 nm obeys linear within the concentration range from 0.10 to 1.0 mg/ml,and the results were precise and accurate.Conclusion:The method is simple i n operation and has a good precision and an adequate selectivity.
