摘  要:嵌入式软件产业已经成为中国重要发展的产业,是智能技术密集型新兴产业。用波特钻石模型来综合分析扬州市嵌入式软件产业竞争力的各因素,探索其产业化发展的新途径,并从扬州市情出发,在生产要素、需求条件、相关及支持性产业、同业竞争、政府和机会六要素上提出了对策建议,为扬州市嵌入式软件产业的战略发展提供参考。The embedded software industry has become one of the significant industries in China, which has become new in- telligent technology - intensive industry. The kinds factors affecting the embedded software industrial competitive in Yang- zhou are studied based on Potter diamond model. The new ways of industrialization development are explored. And from the point of view of Yangzhou City, countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward based on six elements such as in the production factors, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, industry competition, government and opportuni- ties. The paper would provide reference for the strategic development of the embedded software industry in Yangzhou city.
