摘 要:目的探讨二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者成纤维细胞因子21(FGF21)的影响。方法随机选取初诊2型糖尿病患者45例,健康对照组35例。分别检测血液生化指标、FGF-21及白细胞介素-6(IIL-6)等项目。使用二甲双胍治疗12周,治疗前后均检测上述结果。结果2型糖尿病患者FGF-21水平较健康对照组高,二甲双胍治疗12周后2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂较治疗前降低(P〈0.05),FGF-21及IL-6也有下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论二甲双胍能减低FGF-21、改善血脂、拮抗炎症因子,使糖尿病患者获得除降糖以外的临床意义。Objective To investigate the effects of metformin on serum levels of fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF-21) and inflammatory factors in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods The recruited 80 subjects included 35 normal controls and 45 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients treated with metformin for 12 weeks without a change. Levels of plasma lipids, fasting plasma glucose, HbAlc,FGF-21, and IL-6 were measured. The effects before and after the treatment were evaluated. Results The PGF-21 in serum Of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients After metformin treatmented for 12 weeks, FGF-21 and inflammatory factorslL-6 in the serum of patients were low er than that of before treatment. Conclusion Metformin can reduce the expression of FGF 21.
