摘　　要：目的探讨[月国]静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗方法的效果进行临床疗效观察。方法对该院2011年4～12月之间的27例髂股静脉血栓患者采用胭静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗方法进行研究，并就[月国]静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗方法的效果进行临床观察。手术治疗中，有11例患者采用了球囊扩张以及髂股静脉支架治疗方法，4例患者单独使用了球囊扩张术，12例患者采用了临时静脉下腔滤器植入术，在对患者进行手术治疗的过程中，对患者静脉畅通程度进行观察，以彩超观察的方法配合患者[月国]静脉治疗方法进行观察，对其静脉畅通率情况进行评估[1]。结果在采用[月国]静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗方法对髂股静脉血栓具有较好的疏通作用，患者髂股静脉血栓疏通率达到30％～90％，平均静脉血栓疏通率为55％。对患者进行[月国]静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗手术后的恢复状况进行观察，患者由于髂股静脉血栓造成的不适症状逐渐消失，患者在入院治疗接受手术以及后期护理费用在5．4～9万元之间，平均花费7．2万元，对入院接受[月国]静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗的27例患者进行随访时间为3～24个月之间，23名患者在使用[月国]静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗方法后，髂股静脉畅通率达到100％。结论采用[月国]静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗方法对髂股静脉血栓具有良好的疏通效果，[月国]静脉置管联合髂静脉支架治疗方法是当前对髂静脉血栓治疗中比较安全和有效的方法，但由于手术费用比较昂贵，在进行临床普及的过程中难度还是比较大。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of popliteal vein tube method combined with iliac vein stent Methods In our hospital in April 2011 ~ December 2011 , 27 patients with iliac femoral venous thrombosis by treating with popliteal venous catheter combined with iliac vein stent was studied,and the popliteal vein catheter combined with iliac vein stent treatment effects in clinical was observed. 11 patients adopted the balloon expansion and iliac femoral venous stent treatment,four patients used alone the balloon dilatation, 12 patients used the temporary eava inferior vena filter implantation. In the process of surgical treatment, the venous smooth degree was observed. Patients with pa/observation method of popliteal vein was observed to evaluate its venous flow rate F1]. Results The results in the popliteal vein catheter combined with iliac vein stent treatment of iliac femoral venous thrombosis has good channel role, patients with iliac femoral venous thrombosis dredge rate reached 30%- 90%, average vein thrombosis rate was 55 %. For patients with popliteal venous catheter combined with iliac vein stent treatment recovery were observed after surgery,patients with iliac femoral venous thrombosis caused by symptoms disap- peared gradually,costs of patients undergoing surgery in hospital and is from 54000 to 90000 yuan between, an average of 72000 yuan. To undergo popliteal venous catheter combined with iliac vein stent treatment of 27 patients The test were followed up for 3 - 24 months, 23 patients with popliteal venous catheter combined with iliac vein stent treatment after iliac femoral venous flow rate reached 100~/00. Conclusion Popliteal venous catheter combined with ili- ac vein stent treatment of iliac femoral venous thrombosis has good dredging effect, the thrombosis of popliteal venous catheter combined with iliac vein stent is the current for the treatment iliac vein thrombosis is safe and effective, but because of the cost of surgery ,it is difricult to be popularized..
