摘 要:目的通过黄芩等4种中药对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果检测,探讨传统中药及给药途径对常见院内感染的重要条件致病菌抑菌作用的开发。方法采用中药抗菌试验试管法测定药物的最低抑菌浓度。结果黄芩、连翘、黄连、金银花对铜绿假单胞菌有不同程度的体外抑菌作用,MIC均值与铜绿假单胞菌标准菌株ATCC27853的MIC相近;其中黄连的抑菌作用最强;而且泰能耐药与泰能敏感的菌株抑菌作用差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论以4种传统中药对院内感染的重要条件致病菌铜绿假单胞菌不同抑菌作用的研究,提示可以通过选择适当的给药途径,发挥传统中药的抗茵作用。Objective To evaluate four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine baicalin on resistant to imipenem of Pseudomonas aeruginosa antimicrobial effect. Methods The antibacterial medicine test tube method for the determination of minimum inhibitory concentration of drug. Results Scutellaria, Forsythia, Coptis, honeysuckle On 15 strains of imipenem resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa with different degrees of antibacterial activity in vitro, MIC mean were 483.33 mg/mL,316.67 mg/mL,59.38 mg/mL,383.33 mg/mL,the MIC with the standard strain ATCC27853 simi- lar. Among the strongest inhibitory effect of Coptis chinensis. Conclusion The four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on 15 strains of imipenem resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa with different degrees of antibacterial activity in vitro, Imipenem resistant and sensitive of strains,no inhibitory effect was significant difference (P〉0.05).
