摘　　要：在传统发展观及旧的创新价值评价体系支配下,桥梁技术创新主体片面追求经济价值,出现了设计中特意加大桥梁跨度,采用"非经济"桥型,片面追求新颖外观造型,施工中采用实际上"不经济"的施工方法等问题。这虽然让创新主体自身取得了较大的经济价值,却让社会付出了沉重的生态代价。科学发展观强调人与自然的和谐,蕴含着深刻的生态哲学思想,为当代桥梁技术创新提供了价值导向。生态化桥梁技术创新,要以科学发展观作为价值指针,确立评价桥梁技术创新的生态价值标准,充分发挥公众的作用,营造有利于创新生态化的社会文化氛围。Under the control of the traditional concept of development and the old innovation evaluation system,the subject of technical innovation of bridge one-sided pursuit of economic value,and then many strange phenomena appeared,such as add the bridge span intentionally,or adopt uneconomic bridge type, or one-sided pursuit of novel appearance modeling,or a- dopt uneconomic construction method, and so on. Although this makes the subject of innovation achieved greater economic value,but let the society pay a heavy price o{ ecological. Scientific outlook on development emphasizes the harmony of hu- man and nature, and Contains deep ecological philosophy. It provides the value direction to the contemporary bridge tech- nology innovation. Ecological technical innovation of bridge should take the scientific outlook on development as value of the pointer,establish ecological evaluation value standard of technical innovation of bridge,give full play to the role of the public,and create a favorable innovation ecology social culture atmosphere.
