摘　　要：运用多主体演化博弈分析方法,构建建筑市场信用链模型,通过剖析建筑市场多行为主体的自发博弈过程,探讨建筑市场信用链的演化机理和演进路径。在此基础上,提出信用链优化的目标和途径。分析结果表明:建筑市场信用链的优化取决于信用收益的合理分配和行为主体的互信度。因此,需构建建筑市场信用机制,通过信用链淘汰信用不良的行为主体。Based on evolutionary game theory, a game model was developed to investigate the credit activities of contractors in construction market and the evolutionary balance status of credit chain in construction market were discussed under the condition of different profit distribution arrangements and evolution periods, and then the goals and relevant suggestions to the optimization of credit chain were provided. It shows that it is critical to the optimization of credit chain whether the dis- tribution of credit profit was justified and faith between contractors was strong or not. So, effective information share mechanism and incentive restriction mechanism should be developed to encourage faithful contractors and to eliminate dis- honest contractors. In this way,credit chain in construction market can evolve from simple order to complicated disorder and then from complicated disorder to complicated order, and also can develop and be optimized perpetually.
