摘　　要：以全寿命期为主线对工程项目的建设流程进行分析,从信息反馈的角度出发,建立了工程项目集成化管理绩效指导模型以及指标评价体系,并结合某小区项目管理案例,运用AHP分析法确定指标权重,应用模糊物元分析法对该项目的集成化管理绩效进行评价。With the whole life period as the main line of the project construction process analysis, from the angle of information feedback, built project integration management performance guidance model and evaluation index system, and combined with a residential project management actual situation, using the AHP analysis method to determine index weight, the fuzzy matter element analysis method to the project integration management performance evaluation
