基于结构方程模型的代建制多项目管理风险分析

摘　　要：针对同一代建单位代建多个业主的多项目管理难题,运用专家访谈和文献阅读法,从组织、合同、沟通、目标控制及采购等方面识别出了32个风险因素;采用结构方程模型方法,构建了代建制多项目管理风险评估的结构方程模型,提出了5个假设;进一步拟合回归去除了4个不显著因素,得出修正模型,进而得出影响代建制多项目管理风险的主要因素,提出了应对措施和建议。Leading to the multi-project management problem agented by the same agent-construction organization for not only one owner,thirty two risk factors have been proposed with Delphi Method and literatures,which belong to organiza- tion, contract, goal control, communication and purchase. And then we propose the five hypothesis, accordingly the risk as- sessment model was also set up with Structural Equation Model^Four indistinctively factors were eliminated with deep regression analysis,and modified model was obtained to computed the path coefficient of all risk factors. As result,the risk countermeasures are proposed.
