摘  要:电动机驱动系统性能是决定电动车驾驶品质的因素之一。为提高驱动性能要从系统水平上进行优化,包括控制策略、电机、功率电子器件以及微电子技术等4方面内容。FOC控制因转矩平稳、速度范围宽、启动制动性能好而成为动力牵引方面的首选控制策略。基于FOC的电动车控制效果取决于3个主要因素:PI控制器参数、定子电流采集的精确度以及转子位置信号采集的精确度。为实现不同工况下永磁同步电动机大范围调速的基本功能,提出了基于FOC的永磁同步电动机控制系统方案,该方案通过对关键参数的调节和相关信号的处理,可使被控电动机取得良好的调速效果。The performance of motor drive system is one of those factors that determine the driving quality of electric vehicle.In order to improve the driving performance,four aspects of work should be optimized in system level that includes control strategies,motors,power devices and microelectronic techniques.Filed oriented control(FOC) is the preferred policy in power traction with the advantages of smooth torque,wide speed range and nice starting and braking performance.The control effect of electric vehicle based on FOC depends on three main factors:the parameters of PI controller,the acquisition accuracy of stator current and the acquisition accuracy of rotor position.To achieve the wide range speed control of PMSM used for electric vehicle under different working conditions,one system scheme in project based on FOC was presented.Through repeated experiments and regulating several critical parameters,the satisfactory control results are achieved.
