摘 要:开关电感Quasi-Z源逆变器具有无源器件个数少,电感、二极管电流低等特点。将SVPWM调制策略应用于开关电感Quasi-Z源逆变器,实现电源的逆变。在对调制过程分析的基础上,通过调整同一桥臂的开关管开通、关断时刻,实现直通的插入,分别采用4次、6次和8次直通插入方式,对开关电感Quasi-Z源逆变器进行控制。通过分析可得,在低频情况下,直通次数越多,电感电流脉动越小,电气应力比较低;而在高频情况下,直通次数的多少将不会引起效果的明显差异。Switched-inductor Quasi-Z-Source inverter has characteristics of smaller number of passive device and lower current stress on inductors and diodes.The SVPWM modulation strategy to Switched-inductor Quasi-Z-source inverter for realizing power source inversion was applied.On the basis of the modulation process analysis,using four,six and eight shoot-through zero states inversion respectively whose shoot-through zero states was inserted by changing turning on or off time of the same bridge switches to control Switched-inductor Quasi-Z-source inverter.From analysis we can see that in the low frequency,the more shoot-through zero states has,the smaller inductor current ripple and low electrical stress; while in the high frequency,the number of shoot-through zero states will not cause the significant difference of effect.
