摘 要:以甲醛、二甲胺、聚丙烯酰胺为原料进行Mannich反应,采取预制备羟甲基胺中间体法:将甲醛和二甲胺在体系外预先反应,生成羟甲基胺中间体,聚丙烯酰胺作为亲核试剂与羟甲基胺反应生成胺甲基化聚丙烯酰胺.与传统聚丙烯酰胺与甲醛预先反应相比,该方法没有生成易导致交联的羟甲基聚丙烯酰胺中间体,降低交联反应的发生,提高胺甲基化聚丙烯酰胺离子度.使用该方法可以得到离子度高达82%的胺甲基化聚丙烯酰胺;聚丙烯酰胺固含量高达20%时,产品离子度也能达到60%.The Mannich reaction of pre-preparing hydroxymethyl amine intermediate was used to synthesize amino-methylated polyacrylamide with materials of formaldehyde,dimethylamine and polyacylamide. Formaldehyde and dimethylamine were pre-prepared to form hydroxymethyl amine intermediate,and then the amino-methylated polyacrylamide was obtained through polyacrylamide reacting with hydroxymethyl amine intermediate. Hydroxymethyl polyacrylamide intermediate,which is easy cross-linking,was avoided in this method,so the cross-linking side reaction was decreased. The amino-methylated polyacrylamide with 82% ionic degree was achieved. When polyacrylamide with 20%solid content was used,the cationic polyacylamide with 60%ionic degree was obtained.
