浙江省部分护理人员护理相关法律知识水平及其需求的调查

摘　　要：目的调查浙江省部分护理人员法律知识认知水平的现状,分析其中存在问题并提出解决方法,旨在为构建系统、专业的护理相关法律教育体系提供参考依据。方法采用自制问卷对浙江省杭州市、温州市、台州市、金华市4所医院251名临床护士的护理相关法律知识水平及其需求进行调查并对结果进行分析。结果 251名护理人员对相关法律法规的认知水平大多处于一般程度,在职护士对相关法律法规的掌握情况较实习护士好(P<0.05或P<0.01);同时,护理人员对其中《护理管理条例》、《医疗事故处理条例》、《医患法律关系》、《医患双方的权利和义务》、《护理工作中患者权利侵犯与保护》等法律法规的需求度相对较高。结论护理人员的相关法律法规知识水平有待进一步提高,部分相关法律法规应予以普及。Objective To explore the level and demand of nursing related laws for nurses in Zhejiang Province and analyze the existed problems, so as to provide evidences for developing systematic and professional nursing related education. Methods A total of 251 nurses from 4 hospitals in Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Taizhou city,and Jinhua were assessed by the self-designed questionnaires. Results the cognition level of nursing related laws for clinical nurses in Zhejiang Province were at general level,and the cognition level of the on-the-job nurses were higher than that of the nursing interns（P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01）. Nurses are mostly in demand of Nursing Management Ordinance,Byelaw of Medical Accident Treatment, the Doctorpatient Legal Relationship, Rights and Obligations of both Doctors and Patients, Nursing Work Right Infringement and Protection. ＂ Conclusion Nurses＇ Knowledge of laws and regulations about nursing need to be improved and popularized.
