摘　　要：目的 了解上海市社区卫生服务中心心理咨询咨客的特点,更好地为社区居民服务.方法 对2012年4月-2013年4月闸北区芷江西路街道社区卫生服务中心有完整记录的98例心理咨询咨客的资料进行统计分析.结果 男女咨客在不同年龄段的分布差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.40～59岁的咨客较多（占54.08%）,＆lt;20岁和≥60岁的咨客较少（占14.28%）.咨客的疾病构成：一般心理问题37例为最多（占37.76%）,精神分裂症及其他精神病性障碍2例为最少（占2.04%）.一般心理问题方面主要集中于婚姻情感问题、人际关系问题及适应不良三方面.结论 本社区卫生服务中心心理咨询咨客以中年人居多,一般心理问题咨询最多,咨询与慢性病相关的心理问题的比例较高,心理问题的涉及面较广泛.Objective To investigate the characteristics of the counselees who sought for psychological counseling in community health service centers in Shanghai in order to better serve the community residents. Methods The data of 98 counsel- ees, who sought for psychological counseling at the Zhijiang West Road community health service center of Zhabei district and had a complete record between April 2012 and April 2013, were statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in age group between male and female patients （P 〉0. 05） . More counselees fell in40 -59 age group （54. 08% ） and only a few, in 〈20 or I〉60 groups （14. 28% ） . In terms of disease composition, the general psychological problems accounted for the ma- jority, founding in 37 cases （37. 76% ） ; while the schizophrenia and other psychotic disordem accounted for the minority, foun- ding in 2 cases （2. 04% ） . The general psychological problems concentrated mainly on marital emotion, interpersonal relation- ship and maladjustment. Condusion The counselees for psychological counseling in our community health service center are mainly middle - aged ones, the general psychological counseling accounts for the majority. The proportion of counseling on chronic disease - related psychological problems is relatively high, and the psychological problem covers many areas.
