中文修订版疾病不确定感父母量表的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:评价中文修订版Mishel疾病不确定感父母量表(Parent's Perception Uncertainty Scale,PPUS)信效度。方法:翻译并形成中文版PPUS,采用方便抽样抽取202例白血病患儿父母,运用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0进行统计分析其信效度。结果:中文修订版PPUS总的Cronbachα系数为0.929及四个维度的Cronbachα系数为0.602-0.897,分半信度为0.868,各分量表与总分的相关系数为0.499-0.934,分量表间的相关系数为0.499-0.752。经过两次探索性因素分析产生的4个因子共能解释总变异的59.023%。验证性因素四因子模型拟合良好。结论:中文版修订版PPUS量表有较好的信度和效度,作为测量国内患儿父母疾病不确定感的工具是可信和有效的。Objective： To study the reliability and validity of the Chinese Version of Parent＇s Perception Uncertainty Scale （PPUS）. Methods： English version of PPUS was translated into Chinese version, a total of 202 parents of children with leukemia were evaluated by using Chinese version of PPUS to analyze its reliability and validity. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0. Results- The overall Cronbach ~ coefficient of the Chinese version PPUS was 0. 929 and those of four subscales ranged from 0. 602 to 0. 897. The split-half reliability was 0. 868. The correlation coefficients between the score of every subscale and the total score were between 0. 499 and 0. 934, among every subscale were between 0. 499 and 0. 752. Four components were extracted from Chinese version PPUS through twice exploratory factor analysis,they could explain 59. 023 % of the total variation. Confirmatory factor analysis showed a good fit to the data. Conclusion： The Chinese version of PPUS has good reliability and validity, which can be served as a measure tool for evaluating uncertainty of parents of children with leukemia.
