摘　　要：目前大学生网络创业越来越受到社会的关注各个高校也逐渐重视大学生网络创业能力的培养本文从分析目前大学生网络创业的主要形式及存在的问题出发发现高校在大学生网络创业能力培养方面存在的弊端并提出了改进的方法和建议。More and more college students are starting their own business online, which has attracted great attention, and many colleges also start to put more emphasis on cultivating students＂ entrepreneurship based on internet. This essay analyses the major forms of college students＇ online business and the exisiting problems, figures out the weaknesses in cultivating college students＂ entrepreneurship, and then puts forward corresponding measures for improvement.
