摘　　要：目的 探讨Graves病甲状腺功能亢进患者血清抗DNA抗体的测定及临床意义.方法 选择2011年6月~2013年6月于我院就诊的160例Graves病甲状腺功能亢进患者,根据其临床分期分为4组：初发组、治疗组、缓解组和复发组,每组40例.测定各组患者血清中抗ds-DNA抗体、甲状腺激素（FT3、FT4）、细胞因子干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平;并分析抗双链DNA抗体（抗ds-DNA抗体）与其他指标的相关性.结果 抗ds-DNA抗体阳性率复发组最高（87.2%）,缓解组最低（21.3%）（P＜0.05）;IFN-γ水平初发组、治疗组、缓解组依次降低,但变化不明显,而复发组明显升高;IL-6水平缓解组明显低于其余3组（P＜0.05）;抗ds-DNA抗体与FT3、FT4和IFN-γ、IL-6无相关性.结论 血清抗DNA抗体可以作为Graves病甲亢临床分期的参考指标,可能是免疫学紊乱中的一种伴发现象.Objective To investigate patients with Graves＂ disease hyperthyroidism Determination of serum anti- DNA antibodies and clinical significance. Methods June 2011 -2013 in June at our hospital 160 cases of hyperthyroid- ism in Graves＂ disease patients, according to their clinical stage is divided into four groups：early onset group, the treat- ment group,remission and relapse groups 40 case. Each group were measured serum anti-ds-DNA antibodies, thyroid hormones （FT3, FT4 ）, cytokines interferon-γ （IFN-γ）, interleukin -6 （IL-6） levels; and analyze anti-double-stranded DNA antibody （anti-ds-DNA antibodies） and other related indexes. Results anti-ds-DNA antibody positive rate of re- lapse was highest （87.2% ）, the lowest remission group （21.3% ） （P〈0.05） ;IFN-γ levels of the early onset group, the treatment group and remission group were reduced, but did not change significantly, the recurrence was significantly higher;IL-6 levels were significantly lower than the other three remission group （P〈0.05） ; anti-ds-DNA antibodies and FT3 ,FT4 and IFN-γ,IL-6 was no correlation. Conclusion The serum anti DNA antibodies can be used as Graves＂ disease clinical staging reference index,immupological disorders may be associated with the phenomenon in one.
