摘  要:目的观察中药石菖蒲、远志对老年性痴呆模型小鼠学习记忆功能减退的治疗作用及其可能机制。方法采用跳台法研究石菖蒲、远志对氢溴酸东莨菪碱所致老年性痴呆小鼠记忆障碍的改善作用,观察该药对小鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量和丙二醛(MDA)活性的影响。结果石菖蒲、远志能减少跳台实验中模型小鼠错误次数,增加老年性痴呆小鼠脑组织内SOD酶的活性,降低MDA的含量。结论石菖蒲、远志可改善老年性痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,且作用与剂量有一定的关系,其可能的作用机制是提高脑内SOD酶活性,降低MDA的水平。Objective To investigate the mechanism and the effect of Acorns tatarinowil Schoot and Polygala tenuifolia Willd(SCPYZ) on superoxid and malonyldialdenhyde of brain tissue of Atzheimeir's diease (AD) rats. Methods Step - down test were used to evaluate the effect of SCPYZ on the disturbance of the AD model mice include by Scopolamine hydrobromide. Simultaneously, the malonyldialdenhyde (MDA) the superoxide activity were observed as experiment criteria Results SCPYZ could reduce the number of electric stroke , prolong latency of mice step down . Furthermore, SCPYZ could increase the activity of superoxid and decrease the activity of malonyldialdenhyde. Conclusions The result show that the SCPYZ could improve the ability of learning and memory in AD model mice . Meanwhile ,it has dose -effect relationship among low and high dosage.
