摘　　要：目的观察玄神活血消肿液的抗炎镇痛作用及相关机制。方法:通过观察玄神活血消肿液对小鼠热板试验、小鼠扭体试验和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响,研究玄神活血消肿液的抗炎镇痛作用。结果:玄神活血消肿液可增加小鼠痛阈值,延长小鼠扭体潜伏期,减少小鼠扭体次数,能明显抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性。结论:玄神活血消肿液具有较显著的镇痛、抗炎作用。Objective To study the anti -inflammatory and analgesic effects of the xuanshenhuoxuexiaozhong decoction（XSD） and the related mechanism, method Through hot plate tests writhing test and the study of the peritoneal capillary permeability in mice , the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of XSD can be studied. Result XSD can increase the pain threshold of mice, prolong the mice writhing la- tency, reduce the writhing times of mice an inhibited peritoneal capillary permeability in mice. Conclusion XSD has significant The anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects .
