摘　　要：为应对移动数据流量的增长需求,提出了运营商可以部署Small Cell基站。首先介绍了Small Cell的发展趋势;然后对Small Cell与宏基站的干扰进行分析,提出合理的频率规划是解决Small Cell与宏基站之间干扰的根本方法;最后分析了中国移动TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE可以利用的频率资源,并提出了中国移动部署TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE Small Cell的频率规划。In response to growing demand for mobile data traffic, operators can deploy Small Cell station. Firstly, development trends of Small Cell are introduced, then the interference between Small Cell and Macro Cell is analyzed. Therefore, reasonable frequency planning is the fundamental method to solve the interference between Small Cell and Macro Cell. Finally, available frequency resources of China Mobile TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE are analyzed and frequency planning of TD-SCDMA/TI）-LTE Small Cell for China Mobile is proposed.
