摘  要:作为京沪高速晃车现象及其现场调控的跟踪调研,通过动态仿真、线路试验和构架动荷特征等多方面综合分析,可以确认抗蛇行软约束技术优越性,如在两到三个镟轮周期内连续保持踏面磨耗的均匀性。面对长交线路高铁运营,还必须认清欧系车辆所存在的两个基本不稳定问题及其所造成的诸多典型故障:即转向架稳定裕度不充裕问题和高速列车稳定鲁棒性问题。从振动失效或振动疲劳分析角度来看,高铁运用必须采取以预防为主的技术对策,以进一步改善其技术经济性。转向架优配协调解决了上述两个基本不稳定问题,充分展示新一代高速转向架三大稳定特征:适度拓展速度空间系统优化构架动荷、克服轮轨激扰与磨耗消极影响以及更加强调高速列车稳定鲁棒性能。As the tracking investigation of high-speed coach-shaking phenomenon and the corresponding in-site regulation, corn prehensive studies such as dynamical simulations, line tests and statistical characteristics analysis of bogie frame dynamic loads have been done, such that the technical advantages of antihunting soft constraint is confirmed. For example, the tread wear can be kept uniform in two or three continuous periods of profiling wheelsets. For the HSR operation of intercity traffics among different economic regions, two primary instability problems and the typical failures caused thereby should be understood clear- ly, i. e. , the deficient margin problem of bogie stability and the stablity robustness problem of high-speed train. From the viewpoint of vibration failure or fatigue analysis, the policy of putting prevention first must be adopted in HSR operation so as to enhance the safety redundancy. The above two primary instability problems have been solved coordinately through the opti- maI configuration of bogies, leading to three important stability characteristics of the new generation of high-speed bogies, namely, reasonable extension of velocity space and system optimization of dynamical loads on the bogie frame, overcoming the negative effects induced by the rail irregularities and the wear of wheel-rail contacts, and more emphases on the stability robust- ness of high-speed train.
