尿道前列腺微创汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生护理分析

摘　　要：目的:对尿道前列腺微创汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生护理的效果进行分析。方法:选取前列腺增生患者480例,随机分为两组,常规组240例采用常规护理方法;联合组240例在常规护理基础上联合舒适护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:联合组患者住院治疗时间、术后并发症、术后满意度均显著优于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未因护理干预措施导致严重不良后果发生。结论:针对尿道前列腺微创汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生患者,在常规护理干预基础上应用舒适护理干预措施,可明显促进患者术后康复,缩短住院治疗时间,明显减少术后并发症,增加患者舒适感,提高患者满意度,安全性较高,适宜临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of transurethral electrovaporization for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.Methods 480patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional group used routine nursing method;United group used the comfortable nursing intervention,compare the nursing effects between two groups.Results The hospitalization time,postoperative complications,postoperative satisfaction in the combined group were significantly superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Two groups didn't lead to serious adverse consequences.Conclusion The patients that use the comfort nursing intervention measures can shorten the time of hospitalization,reduce the postoperative complications,increase patient comfort and improve patient satisfaction,high safety,suitable for clinical application.
