略论农业科研大协作机制建设

摘　　要：目前,农业科研项目呈现出复杂性等特征,建立农业科研大协作机制是适应科技形势变化、促进管理创新的迫切需要。文章简要论述了农业科研大协作机制建设的理论基础和实践经验,分析了新时期农业科研大协作机制的需求,提出了建立目标控制与评价系统、知识交换与共享系统、成果集成与分享系统等协同系统的建议,以有效推动农业科研大协作机制建设。The agricultural scientific research project is becoming more and more complex at present. To set up the cooperating mechanism is the urgent need to adapt the change of science and technology situation and to promote the management innovation. The theoretical basis and practical experience of cooperating mechanism for agricultural scientific research was briefly discussed in the paper. The demand of cooperating mechanism for agricultural scientific research was analyzed. Suggestions were put forward, which includes the construction of target control and evaluation system, the knowledge exchanging and sharing system, and the achievement integrating and sharing system, so as to effectively promote the construction of agricultural scientific research cooperating mechanism.
