摘　　要：文章总结了国内外科研机构人才强院战略的理论与实践,分析了我国农业科研机构实施人才强院战略存在的问题,并提出了构建农业科研机构人才强院战略体系的思路与办法,以期对推进我国农业科研机构人才强院战略实施工作有所借鉴。Theory and practice for agricultural research institutions in China and abroad to implement strengthening academy by talents strategy was summarized in the paper. Problems in Chinese agricultural research institutions to implement strengthening academy by talents strategy were analyzed. Ideas and approaches of constructing agricultural research institutions to implement strengthening academy by talents strategy system were put forward, in order to provide reference for this work.
