摘　　要：总结朱生樑教授辨证治疗难治性胃食管反流病的临床经验。认为该病为中焦气机升降失常,又兼痰、瘀为患;治疗注重疏肝降逆、化痰祛瘀,临证多采用疏肝和胃方化裁。This paper summarizes Zhu Shengliang＇ s clinical experience in difterentiating and treating intractable gastroesophageal reflux disease （ GERD）. It is argued that dysfunction of spleen, stomach, liver and gallbladder and ＂ phlegm and blood stasis＂ are the pathogenesis of GERD. Soothing liver to descending diverse flow of qi, eliminating phlegm to dispel blood stasis are the treatment principles. Preseriptions with soothing liver and regulating stomach effects can be used in clinics.
