胃肠安方治疗脾虚型胃癌前病变临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察胃肠安方治疗脾虚型胃癌前病变的临床疗效。方法将82例脾虚型胃癌前病变患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(37例)。治疗组给予胃肠安方治疗,对照组予胃复春治疗,疗程4个月。观察两组证候积分、症状疗效、胃镜和病理变化情况。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组证候积分降幅大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组主要症状疗效、胃镜疗效和病理疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃肠安方可改善脾虚型胃癌前病变的临床症状,逆转胃黏膜的病理改变。Objective To observe the clinical efficaey of ＂Weichang＇ an Formula＂ in treating precancerous lesions of gastric caneer. Methods Eighty-two cases were randomized into treatment group （45 cases） and control group （37 cases）. Patients in treatment group were treated with ＂Weichang＇ an Formula＂, and in control group were trealed with ＂Weifuchun＂, with the course of 4 months. The clinical symptom score, eurative effect of symptoms, changes under gastroscope and pathological changes were observed. Results Afier treatment, clinical symptom seores of the two groups were decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）, the decreasing range of the treatment group was much more than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; the curative effect in treatment group was better than that of the t,ontrols （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the curative effects of gastroscope and pathological changes in treatment group were better than that of the controls （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
