摘 要:本文运用锻造分析软件Qform3D对阶梯轴工艺挤压过程进行数值模拟分析,通过比较三种成形工艺方案的挤压平均应力和距离-载荷曲线分布图,确定合理的成形工艺。分析可知,通过减少约束和增大凹模过渡圆角,可显著降低挤压平均应力,对生产实践具有指导意义。The craft characteristics of stepped shaft were analyzed. The main technological parameters were de- termined, three kinds of forming process were designed and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. Numerical simulation analysis was conducted with professional forging analysis software Qform3D, the reasonable process was designed by comparing all kinds of schemes of extrusion stress and load-displacement curve figures. Analysis results shows that by reducing the constraint and increasing the die fillet transition can significantly re- duce the average extrusion stress,
