摘 要:采用三元乙丙橡胶接枝甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(EPDM-g-GMA)作为三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)增韧尼龙6(PA6)的增容剂,研究了PA6/EPDM/EPDM-g-GMA三元共混物的流变性能、微观形态和力学性能。结果表明,EPDM-g-GMA可与PA6发生增容反应生成接枝共聚物,改善了PA6和EPDM的相容性,随着EPDM-g-GMA含量的增加,共混物中分散相粒径更加细化,缺口冲击强度显著提高,同时降低了PA6的结晶度,当PA6/EPDM/EPDM-gGMA的配比为80/15/5时,共混物的冲击强度达到最大。Ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) were grafted with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and introduced into blends of PA6/EPDM as a compatibilizer. The rheological behavior, morphology and mechanical properties of the ternary blends were studied. The results showed that the compatibility between PA6 and EPDM was improved by compatibilization reaction between PA6 and EPDM-g-GMA. EDPM domains were distributed more homogeneously in PA6 matrix with the increasing EPDM-g-GMA content. The Izod notched impact strength of blends was dramatically improved and the erystallinity of PA6 was decreased. When the weight ratio of PA6/EPDM/EPDM-g-GMA was 80/15/5, the notched impact strength reached the maximum.
