摘 要:研究了两种三嗪系列阻燃剂IFR1和IFR2对聚丙烯(PP)阻燃性能的影响。进行了烟密度和力学性能测试,并利用差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、锥形量热仪和体视显微镜对阻燃PP的各项性能进行了进一步的表征。结果表明,随着IFR1和IFR2用量的增大,材料的拉伸强度先减小后增大,冲击强度减小,而且IFR2对材料上述性能的影响更小;IFR2能使PP的结晶温度和熔融温度提高;当IFR2用量为30 phr或IFR1用量35 phr时,材料均能达到UL94 V-0级(3.2 mm);随着IFR2用量的增大,PP/IFR2的分解温度和残余物含量逐渐降低;IFR2能够降低PP的热释放速率和生烟速率;从综合性能上看,IFR2的阻燃效果优于IFR1。In this paper, the effects of two kinds of triazine intumescent flame retardant ( IFR1, IFR2) on the flame retardant performance of PP were investigated. The performance of flame retardant PP was characterized by smoke density and mechanical properties tests, differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ), thermogravimetie analysis (TGA) , cone calorimetry and stereo microscope. The results showed that as the content of flame retardants ( IFR1, IFR2 ) increased, the tensile strength of PP first decreased and then increased while the impact strength of PP decreased; the flame retardant IFR2 was better than IFR1 ; the flame retardant IFR2, made the crystallization temperature and melt temperature of PP higher; both the flame retardant of PP/IFR1 and PP/IFR2 can pass UL-94 (3.2 mm) V-0 rating when the content of IFR1 was 35 phr or the content of IFR2 was 30 phr; the decomposition temperature of PP/IFR2 and content of solid residue were decreased as the content of IFR2 increased; the flame retardant IFR2 could made the heat release rate and smoke producing rate of PP lower; In general consideration, IFR2 was better than IFR1 in flame retardant.
