摘 要:以自制的苯基次膦酸铝(ALPP)为阻燃剂,采用极限氧指数测试、垂直燃烧测试、力学性能测试、热分析测试等方法,研究了ALPP及其复配阻燃体系对玻纤增强尼龙6(GFPA6)材料的阻燃性能、力学性能等方面的影响。结果表明,ALPP与三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)复配具有良好的阻燃协同效应,而添加硼酸锌(ZB)可以有效地促进阻燃材料成炭。当添加12%ALPP、6%MCA、3%ZB时,可以使30%玻纤增强尼龙6材料达到UL94 V-0级(3.2mm),极限氧指数达到31%,力学性能较好。A self-made aluminum phenylphosphinate (ALPP) was used as flame retardant in glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 (GFPA6) in this paper. The effect of ALPP and compound flame retardant system on flame retardancy and mechanical performance of glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 was investigated by limited oxygen index (LOI) method, vertical burning test, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and mechanical tests. The result showed that ALPP and melamine cyanurate (MCA) had excellent flame retardant synergistic effect, and based on this, adding zinc borate (ZB) retardant materials can effectively promote charting. 12% ALPP, 6% MCA and 3% ZB added to 30% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 could achieve UL94 V-0 rating (3.2 mm) , and the LOI was 31% , while the mechanical properties were well maintained.
