摘  要:采用化学方法制备扁担杆正丁醇提取物.采用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀法及角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀法观察抗炎作用,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清IL-1β和TNF-α含量,分析抗炎机制.与对照组比较,高浓度扁担杆正丁醇提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀及角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀均具有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),并可不同程度降低角叉菜胶致炎小鼠血清IL-1β和TNF-α的含量(P<0.05).扁担杆正丁醇提取物具有一定的抗炎作用,其抗炎作用机制可能与降低TNF-α和IL-1β的表达有关.We study the anti-inflammatory effectsand mechanisms of N-butanol extract from Grewia biloba .N-butanol Extract from Grewiabiloba was prepared .The models of ear edema induced by xy-lene and paw edema induced by carrageenan in mice were used to observe the anti-inflammation effects of N-butanol extract from Grewiabiloba .The content of IL-1βand TNF-αin serum were meas-ured by ELISA .Compared with the model control group ,the high concentration of N-butanol extract from Grewia biloba could inhibit the inflammation caused by xylene or carrageenan (P〈0 .05) ,and decreased the content of IL-1β and TNF-α in serum of mice induced by carrageenan .N-butanol Ex-tract from Grewiabiloba showed significant anti-inflammation effects ,which might be associated with the decrease of IL-1βand TNF-αin serum .
