摘　　要：为准确检测筒盖系统开关盖过程中油路压力,给筒盖系统的调试和安全使用提供依据和保障,研发了基于虚拟仪器技术的发射筒开关盖压力检测系统。该系统主要由压力传感器、数据采集卡和计算机等硬件组成,并应用LabVIEW开发了系统检测平台,实现了筒盖系统主油路的动态压力波形采集与检测。该系统具有较高的测量精度和良好的实用性。In order to detect the pressure parameters accurately for the opened or closed hatch system,and provide the foundation and guarantee for the safe use and debugging,a pressure detection system is developed based on virtual instrument.The hardware is composed of pressure sensors,data acquisition card and personal computer.The software is programmed by the graphics language LabVIEW.The acquisition and detection of the dynamic pressure wave form of system main oil line are realized.The detection system has high precision and good practicality.
