摘  要:目的评价碘实验室检测水平,提高尿碘、盐碘监测资料的准确性和可靠性,为全区持续消除碘缺乏病工作提供质量保障。方法碘盐采用GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法;尿碘采用过硫酸铵消化-砷铈接触法。结果内蒙古地病中心盐碘、尿碘实验室考核合格率100%;盟(市)盐碘实验室考核合格率100%,,盟(市)尿碘实验室考核合格率100%;旗(县)盐碘实验室考核合格率98.99%。结论全区大部分盐碘和尿碘实验室注重日常实验室内部质量控制和管理工作,能严格按照实验室操作规程进行样品检测,检测结果真实、可靠。Objective To evaluate the detection level of iodine laboratory and improve tile accuracy and rehability of urinary io- dine, iodine salt monitoring data so as to ensure quality for the work of elinlinating iodine deficiency disorders in the region. Methods Iodized salt was detected by GB / T13025.7 - 1999 direct titration and urinary iodine was detected by ammonium per- sulfate digestion - arsenic cerium contact method. Results The eligible rates ofsah iodine and urinary iodine laboratory in In- ner Mongolia center for endemic disease control and research and each league city were also 100% and the eligible rate of salt io- dine laboratory in banner county was 98.99%. Conclusions The majority of salt iodine and urinary iodine laboratories in the re- gion focus on routine for laboratory internal quality control and management, with strict laboratory procedures to detect samples, the result is true and reliable.
