摘　　要：生物技术领域的专利申请在技术运用、法律法规和社会伦理等方面具有一定的特殊性,从专利审查角度通过实际案例分析了该领域专利申请文件中的常见问题及解决方法,包括不授予专利权的客体、说明书公开不充分、权利要求概括不合理等,为专利申请文件的撰写提供参考。The Biotechnological patent application is somewhat special in technology exertion, law and regulations social ethics. The common problems and solutions in this field were analyzed, including subject matters for which no patent right shall be granted, insufficient disclosure of the invention, unsuitably generalization of claims and so on. It will provide enough help for patent drafting in this field
