湿润烧伤膏治疗急性坏死性筋膜炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨单切口切开清创联合湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)药纱条引流治疗坏死性筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法将15例坏死性筋膜炎患者分为两组,分别采用单切口切开清创联合湿润烧伤膏约纱条引流(7例)及单切口切开清创联合凡士林纱条引流(8例)治疗,对比观察两组患者创面愈合情况。结果采用单切口切开清创联合湿润烧伤膏药纱条引流治疗的治疗组患者,平均住院时间为21 d,明显短于采用单切口切开清创联合凡士林纱条引流治疗的患者(32 d)。结论单切口切开清创联合湿润烧伤膏治疗坏死性筋膜炎,能够促进坏死组织尽早排除及创面愈合,疗效理想,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of single incision debridement in combination with MEBO gauze drainage method in the treatment of necrotizing fascitis. Methods Fifteen patients with necrotizing fascitis were divided into two groups, one with 7 patients was given single incision debridement in combination with MEBO gauze drainage method and the other with 8 patients was given single incision debridement and Vaseline gauze drainage method. The wound healing conditions of the two groups were observed for comparison. Results The mean hospitalization time in the MEBO group was 21 days, being obviously shorter than that in the Vaseline group （32 days）. Conclusion Single inci- sion debridement in combination with MEBO gauze drainage method in the treatment of necrotizing fascitis can realize opti- mal therapeutic effects in that it can promote the discharge of necrotic tissues and the wound healing as early as possible, deserving to be promoted to be applied in clinic.
