摘 要:汽动给水泵组作为汽轮机的重要辅助设备,其运行经济性受到了运行部门的普遍重视。提出了汽动给水泵组效率的计算和在线监测方法。同时,考虑到给水流量的测量误差比较大,以除氧器入口凝结水流量为基准计算给水流量,以便提高计算精度。对于辅助流量(高加旁路泄漏量、给水泵密封水泄漏量、除氧器水位变化当量流量)也进行了适当修正计算。将汽动给水泵组效率监测模型应用于某660MW机组,结果表明,该模型可以实时采集和处理数据,泵组效率的监测精度较高,可以用来分析预测汽动给水泵组的性能变化。As an important auxiliary equipment of steam turbine, the operating economy of the turbine driven boiler feed pump set has attracted widespread attention from the operation department. An on-line efficiency monitoring and calculation method of turbine driven boiler feed pump set is put forward in this paper by verifying the feed water flow with the deaerator entrance condensate flow as the criterion considering that the measurement error of feed water flow is large enough which can not be neglected. Appropriate correction of the auxiliary flow ( leakage of the hydraulic bypass system of liP heaters, leakage of sealing water from feed-water pump, equivalent flow of deaerator water level changes) were also proceeded to improve the calculation accuracy. The new calculation method has been applied in one 660MW steam turbine unit, the results shows that the said method has the capability of real time acquiring and processing data with higher accuracy which can be used to analyse and forecast changes of the turbine driven boiler feed pump set.
