摘 要:四端网络模型是一种能够精确地求解轴系扭振固有特性的低阶分布质量模型,考虑轴系温度分布对扭振固有特性的影响后,对四端网络模型进行了修正,修正后的模型的计算结果更加贴近于实际情况。以某660MW超临界汽轮发电机组轴系为例,探讨了考虑温度分布时,轴系扭振固有频率、振型的变化情况,并分析了固有特性变化对轴系疲劳寿命损耗累积值和机组安全性的影响,研究结果有助于提高机组安全管理水平。Four-terminal network is a precise model of low stage mass-distributed,which can be used to analyze the natural characteristics of turbo-generator shafts torsional vibration. Taking the temperature distributions of turbo-generator shafts into account, the four-terminal network model is improved. The calculation results of the modified model are closer to the actual situation. A 660MW turbo-generator shaft is taken as a studying object, and the changes in the vibration frequencies and the modal shapes are discussed after considering the temperature distributions. The impacts of the changes in natural characteristics on fatigue life loss and safety of the shafts are analyzed. The results can make contribution to enhancing the level of safety management of the turbo-generator units.
